Lunch at the Library

During the summer, children and teens have learned to expect an extra helping of everything CRRL typically offers: Summer reading with prizes, special events, scavenger hunts, and grab and go activities, just to name a few.

In addition to browsing the library's collection, children and teens can also find a nutritious lunch at our branches. Free nutritious lunches are available for anyone 18 and under.

In 2024, 3,610 meals to children and teens through our partnership with Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and Fredericksburg City Public Schools Mobile Cafe.
